Website terms.

Purpose

The website helps you understand Instagram relationship exports. Use files that you are authorized to process. Reports is independent of Instagram and Meta.

Results and limits

Results depend on the completeness and format of your source data. A list difference does not establish a person’s motive, an exact event time, a profile visit, or a block. Read the data and methods before interpreting a report.

Free preview

The web preview includes relationship counts and up to five accounts in each preview list. Samples use fictional data. The website does not sell subscriptions or create an account.

The iOS app

The app is a separate experience. Full app access requires an in-app subscription. Review the current price, billing period, renewal terms, and available features in the app before purchase. Downloading the app does not automatically transfer a web report.

Your files

The website does not store a backup of your export. Keep the original file if you want to use it later. See website privacy for the current data flow.

Support

If you find an error, use the support options. Share the error description rather than private account data.
