This page describes the website. The iOS app has its own privacy information, available through its App Store listing and in-app settings.
Your Instagram export
The analyzer reads your selected files in your browser. It does not upload the archive, usernames, relationship lists, or report results to a server. It does not request your Instagram password.
For full ZIP reports, supported JSON can include likes, comments, searches, story activity, message metadata, post insights, audience aggregates, and the account username. Message senders and timestamps are used for counts and ranking. Message text, attachments, photos, and videos are not included in report output. All parsing stays inside a local browser worker.
Storage
Your files and report are held in memory during the page session. The analyzer does not save them to local storage, a database, or an account. Clearing the report or closing the page ends that session. Your original downloaded file remains on your device until you delete it yourself.
We save your language choice in this browser’s local storage. It is not sent to a server and does not include Instagram data. You can change it in the language menu or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Website requests
Your browser requests website pages, scripts, fonts, and images from the website host. A hosting provider can receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address and requested URL. The local analysis does not add personal report data to these requests.
Measurement
This version does not send analytics events to a collection service and does not run session replay or advertising pixels. If measurement services are enabled later, this notice must be updated to describe them before use.
Download links
App Store links may contain campaign labels identifying a website placement or an approved campaign source. They do not contain your Instagram data. Following a link to Apple or Meta is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
